Terms of Service

1.What these terms cover

Lupis AI ("Lupis", "we", "us") operates lupis.ai. Lupis is not yet incorporated, so there is no registered company name or registered office to give you. We will publish both here when there are.

These terms govern your use of lupis.ai: the waitlist, referrals, the survey, and the draw. Using the site means you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

They do not cover the Lupis app, which will have its own terms before you use it.

2.Who can join

• You must be at least 18.
• You must use a real email address you control. One address per person.
• You must be somewhere we may lawfully offer this.

3.What joining does, and does not, get you

• It is free and will stay free. We will not ask for a payment card to hold your place.
• It is not a guarantee of access. We invite in batches and may not reach everyone.
• It is not a launch date.
• Your position can move, as referrals and unsubscribes change the queue around you.
• Beta access, if you get it, is free for the beta period.
• We may close the waitlist, change how the queue works, or end the programme. We will say so here and email the list.

Confirming your email is what makes your place count. Unconfirmed addresses do not receive invites and do not earn referral credit.

4.The launch offers

The first 10 confirmed creators in line at launch get twelve months of the paid plan free; the first 100 get their first month free. Both depend on:

1. 1. Your position at the moment invites go out. Tiers lock then, not now.
2. 2. Your email being confirmed.
3. 3. Redemption on the paid plan at launch. No cash or credit alternative, and not transferable.
4. 4. One offer per person and per account, not combinable with another promotion.
5. 5. If the paid plan changes before launch, we apply the offer to the equivalent plan.
6. 6. If we cannot run the offers as described, we will email everyone affected and say what we are doing instead.

Prices quoted on this site are our current intention for launch, not a fixed commitment. You will see and accept the price before anything is charged.

5.Referrals

Everyone who joins through your share link and confirms their email moves you up 25 places. There is no cap, and it costs nobody anything.

• Only confirmed sign-ups count.
• If someone you referred unsubscribes, the 25 places go with them. A join-confirm-leave cycle nets to zero.
• You cannot refer yourself, and addresses you control do not count.
• Do not buy, script, or spam sign-ups, or misrepresent Lupis to get them.
• We may cancel places or remove you from the waitlist if we reasonably believe sign-ups attributed to you are not genuine. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

We may change what a referral is worth, or end the programme. Places already earned stay earned.

6.The survey

Optional, one response per person, and skipping it costs you nothing — not your place, not your launch offer.

• Answer honestly or skip the question. Deliberately false answers may be discarded, along with the draw entry attached.
• Do not include confidential information, anyone else's personal details, or anything you do not own.
• You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your answers and feedback to run and improve Lupis, and to talk about it.
• We will not publish your free-text answers or your handle in a way that identifies you without asking first. Aggregate figures identify nobody and we will use those freely.

What happens to the answers as data is in the Privacy Policy.

7.Prize draw — official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Open to entrants aged 18 and over.

1. Promoter

The promoter of the draw is Lupis AI, contactable at support@lupis.ai. There is no postal address until the company is registered.

2. Eligibility

Open to anyone at least 18 years old, on the Lupis waitlist with a confirmed email address, and living where the draw is not prohibited or restricted by law. Anyone who works on Lupis, and their immediate family and household, cannot enter.

3. How to enter

Submit the creator survey. Entry is free — joining the waitlist, confirming your email and answering the survey all cost nothing, and there is nothing to buy at any stage.

One entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries, entries across multiple addresses, and entries made by automated means are void. To answer the survey without entering, email us and we will record your answers and leave you out.

4. Entry period

Entries open on the date at the top of this page and close when beta invites open. We will publish the exact closing date here at least 7 days beforehand. Entries received after it are not eligible.

5. Prizes

10 prizes, each one Amazon.com gift card with a face value of US$20. Approximate retail value US$20 per prize, US$200 in total. One prize per person.

Gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms and any restriction on where they can be used. Amazon is not a sponsor of, and has no involvement in, this draw beyond issuing the card. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the one described becomes unavailable.

6. Odds

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries: 10 divided by that number.

7. Winner selection and notification

Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of entries closing, supervised by the promoter, whose decision on eligibility is final. We will email each winner at the verified address on their waitlist record.

A winner has 30 days from that email to claim, after which the prize is forfeited and redrawn. We are not responsible for email that lands in spam or at an address that has stopped working.

8. Receiving a prize

• Delivered by email to the verified address on your waitlist record.
• No cash alternative. Not transferable or resaleable.
• Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility.
• We may ask a winner to confirm identity and eligibility first.
• Unsubscribing deletes your record, and your entry with it.

9. Disqualification

We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe is fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or in breach of these terms, including entries connected to referral abuse.

10. Changes and cancellation

If the draw cannot run as planned — technical failure, fraud, or anything else outside our reasonable control — we may modify, suspend or cancel it, and will post the change here. We will not cancel a draw that has already closed without awarding the prizes.

11. Results, and where the draw is not offered

For the result, email support@lupis.ai within three months of the closing date. We will not publish a winner's name or handle without their permission.

The draw is void wherever promotions of this kind are prohibited, restricted, or require registration we have not completed. You may still answer the survey there; you are simply not entered.

8.Emails we send

From hello@lupis.ai, and this is the complete list:

• A greeting when you join, with your position, confirm link and share link.
• An invite when your batch opens.
• A note if you win the draw.
• Occasionally, a change to these terms or to the launch offers.

No newsletter, no partner mail. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and using it deletes your record rather than muting it.

9.What you agree not to do

• Sign up with an address that is not yours, or with addresses generated to inflate the queue.
• Use bots or scripts against this site, or work around the rate limits.
• Probe or attack the site or the API behind it, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Copy the site or its content as your own, or scrape it at scale.
• Impersonate Lupis or claim to speak for us.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Report a security problem to support@lupis.ai rather than testing how far it goes. We will not pursue a report made in good faith.

The Lupis name, logo, copy, design and code are ours. Link to the site and share your referral link freely; anything else needs our permission. Screenshots show software in development and what ships may differ.

10.Disclaimers and liability

This is a pre-launch site for an unreleased product, provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows us to exclude them. We do not promise the site will always be available, that your position will not change, that you will receive an invite, or that the product will ship in any particular form or at any particular time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or lost data arising from this site, the waitlist, referrals, the survey or the draw. Everything here is free, so our total liability for anything connected with it is limited to US$100.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11.Changes, and leaving

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially affects what you signed up for — the launch offers, what a referral is worth, or the draw — we will email the list before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

You can leave at any time from the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. It deletes your record rather than muting it, so joining again starts you at the back of the queue. We may remove you for breaching these terms, particularly the referral rules, and where we can we will tell you why first.

12.Governing law

We have not named a governing law, because Lupis is not yet incorporated. The mandatory consumer and data-protection law of the country you live in applies, and nothing here removes a right it gives you. We will add a governing-law clause when there is an entity.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something immediately does not waive it.
